Terms and Conditions
- Effective date:

- Last updated:

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Let's Go Locksmith Inc. website at https://letsgolocksmithinc.com/ and to service requests you make by form, phone, text or email.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or requesting work from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request service.
2. Informational use of the website
This website exists to describe our services and service areas and to let you contact us. Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation; it does not by itself create a binding service agreement, a scheduled appointment, or a fixed price. Work is agreed with you directly.
3. Our services
Let's Go Locksmith Inc. is a mobile locksmith business based in Riverview, Florida. We travel to the customer's location in Riverview and surrounding Hillsborough County communities to perform automotive, residential and commercial locksmith work. We do not operate a storefront or a branch office in every city named on this website.
4. Service availability
Availability depends on location, technician capacity, equipment, parts and the type of work requested. We may decline or reschedule a request when we cannot perform the work safely, lawfully or competently.
5. Accurate information from you
You agree to give us accurate information, including your name, a working phone number, the service location, and a correct description of the lock, door, hardware, or the vehicle's year, make, model and key type. Inaccurate or incomplete information can change the price, the tools and parts required, or our ability to perform the work at all.
6. Authorization to request work
By requesting service you represent that you are the owner of the property or vehicle, or that you have the owner's permission or other lawful authority to request the work at that location.
7. Proof of ownership or lawful access
For security-sensitive work — including lockouts, rekeying, key origination, lock changes and access-control changes — the technician may ask you to demonstrate ownership or lawful authority before work begins. This can include identification and documentation reasonably connected to the property or vehicle.
8. Right to refuse work
We may refuse or stop work at any time if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably established, if the request appears unlawful, if the site is unsafe, or if we believe proceeding would be inappropriate. Refusing work on these grounds is not a breach of these terms.
9. Quotes, estimates and final pricing
Prices quoted by phone or through the website are based on the information you provide and are estimates until the technician sees the actual lock, vehicle, hardware or job conditions. If the work differs from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before continuing, and you may decline the revised work.
10. Payment
Payment is due when the agreed work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you at the time of service.
11. Cancellations and missed appointments
Please tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need service or cannot be present at the location. Any cancellation or missed-appointment charge will be disclosed to you before it applies. No cancellation fee, trip fee or penalty applies unless we have told you about it in advance and you have agreed to it.
12. Arrival times
Any arrival window we mention is an estimate. Traffic, weather, dispatch load, job complexity and access conditions all affect timing, and we do not guarantee arrival times.
13. Vehicle compatibility
Automotive work depends on the vehicle's year, make, model and key or immobilizer system. We service many supported domestic, Japanese and Korean vehicles. We do not currently service European vehicles. Some vehicles require dealer-only programming, parts or documentation that we cannot supply.
14. Hardware and parts availability
Locks, keys, cylinders, blanks and electronic hardware are subject to supplier availability and vehicle or door compatibility. If a required part is not available, we will discuss alternatives with you before proceeding.
15. Customer-supplied hardware
If you ask us to install hardware you purchased, you are responsible for its suitability, condition and compatibility. We will tell you if we believe the hardware is unsuitable before installing it. We do not warrant hardware we did not supply.
16. Warranties
Any warranty or guarantee that applies to labor or to parts we supply will be stated to you in writing at the time of service. This website does not create a warranty, and no warranty term, duration or coverage should be assumed from these terms. Nothing here limits warranties or rights that cannot be limited under Florida law.
17. Urgent situations
We are a locksmith business, not an emergency service agency. If there is a threat to life or safety, a fire, a medical emergency, a crime in progress, or a person or animal trapped in a vehicle or building, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority first.
18. Website content accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate, but service descriptions, coverage areas, vehicle support and other details change over time and may contain errors or become out of date. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace a direct conversation with us about your specific job.
19. Third-party websites
The website links to and embeds third-party services, including maps, review platforms and social profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices.
20. Intellectual property
The website's text, layout, graphics, logo and business name are owned by Let's Go Locksmith Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.
21. Prohibited use of the website
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent service requests.
- Request work you are not authorized to request.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Use the site to harass, threaten or defraud any person, or for any unlawful purpose.
22. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Let's Go Locksmith Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general website information, such as lost time, lost profits or inconvenience. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or intentional misconduct. Concerns about work we performed should be raised with us directly so we can address them.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in effect.
25. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services and website change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you request service applies to that request.
