This Privacy Policy explains how Let's Go Locksmith Inc. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our website at https://letsgolocksmithinc.com/ and the mobile locksmith services we provide from our base in Riverview, Florida to surrounding Hillsborough County communities. It describes only the information we actually collect and use. Let's Go Locksmith is operated by LETS GO LOCKSMITH INC., an active Florida profit corporation effective March 24, 2025, and the registered legal entity responsible for this website and the services described here.

    Information we collect

We collect information in the following limited ways.

    Information you give us

    • Service request forms. When you submit a request on this website we collect your name, phone number, city or ZIP code, the type of service you are asking about, an optional service address, and any optional message or vehicle details you choose to include.
    • Phone calls and text messages. If you call or text us we receive your phone number and whatever information you share about the job, the location and the lock, vehicle or hardware involved.
    • Email. If you email us we receive your email address and the contents of your message. The website form itself does not require an email address.

    Information collected automatically

    • Server and security logs. Our hosting and form-processing providers keep technical logs that can include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and error data. These logs support site delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
    • Local storage and cookies. The site uses browser storage for functional purposes such as remembering interface state and caching content so pages load faster. We also use Google's tags to measure website activity and advertising performance; these tools may collect usage and device information through cookies or similar technologies. We do not run other third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are added.

    Information we do not collect

We do not take payments through this website, so the site does not collect card numbers or bank details. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license images, or other government identifiers through the website. When ownership or lawful authority must be confirmed before security-sensitive work, that verification happens in person with the technician and is not stored on this website.

    How we use information

    • To respond to your service request, question or quote inquiry.
    • To reach you by phone, text or email about the job you contacted us about.
    • To dispatch a mobile technician to the location you provide.
    • To keep records of work performed and communications related to that work.
    • To operate, secure, debug and improve the website.
    • To comply with legal obligations and to respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.

When information may be shared with service providers

We share information only as needed to run the business, and only with providers acting on our behalf or with parties you direct us to:

    • Website hosting and content delivery providers that serve the site and maintain security logs.
    • Form processing and database hosting providers that receive and store service requests submitted through the site.
    • Email and telephone providers used to send and receive the communications you initiate.
    • Technicians performing your job, who receive the job details needed to reach you and complete the work.
    • Legal and safety disclosures, where required by law, subpoena or court order, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.

    Third-party links and embedded services

Some pages include an interactive service-area map that loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and some pages display Google review content retrieved from Google's business platform. The site also links to third-party sites such as Google Business Profile and social platforms. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms, and we do not control how they process data you send them. Loading an embedded map or visiting a linked site can expose your IP address and browser information to that provider.

    Spam prevention

Submitted forms are subject to basic validation and rate/abuse checks by our form processing and hosting providers. If we later add a dedicated CAPTCHA or bot-detection service, this policy will be updated to name it.

    Data retention

We keep service-request and communication records only as long as we have a business or legal reason to keep them — for example, to complete the job, answer follow-up questions, resolve a dispute, or satisfy tax and recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs held by our providers are retained on those providers' own schedules. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or stop actively using it.

    Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this website and access controls on the systems that store service requests. No website, server or transmission method is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed or disclosed without authorization. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card details or identification documents through the website form or by email.

    Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging locksmith services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

    Your privacy requests

    You may contact us to:

    • Ask what information we hold about you.
    • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
    • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
    • Ask us to stop contacting you.
    • Raise a concern about how your information was handled.

We will respond to reasonable requests and may need to verify your identity or the phone number associated with a request before acting. Some information may be retained where a legal or recordkeeping obligation applies.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, providers or services change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after an update means the current version applies.
